Mod Strømmen is the city's most curious radio program. Whether it is a hundred-year-old French, peculiar avant-garde tune or tomorrow's fad that is being played, the outlook is the same. Or so, at least, the editors imagines the cultural perception of the program. Several people probably have a different opinion.
