The Decemberists

Her hvor december-måned går på hæld er det på sin plads at præsentere det glimrende Oregon-band The Decemberists. Bandet, der har en forkærlighed for kolde vintermåneder og russiske revolter, bliver ledet af singer/songwriter Colin Meloy og har siden 2002 udgivet 4 albums. Stilmæssigt kan de måske ses som en amerikansk pendant til skotske Belle and Sebastian, men bandet står aldeles glimrende på egne ben.
